The Ventura County STEM Network is fortunate to have two individuals, Regan Bynder and Phil Hampton, as participants (meet VC STEM’s LEAD STEM Fellows) in the STEM Ecosystems’ LEAD STEM initiative.

LEAD STEM is a leadership development program tailored to create a new generation of individuals who have vested interests in advancing STEM and its core principles throughout the US. A total of 26 individuals were selected to participate in the inaugural LEAD STEM effort.

As part of their participation in LEAD STEM, Regan and Phil will be developing a capstone project that addresses a VC STEM identified community need and that supports them in reaching their leadership vision and professional development.
